Meet Frank D'Alessio

President

With Maintech since its founding in 1973, Frank has guided the company’s evolution from mainframe support to becoming a global IT services leader. Starting his career at RCA in 1967,  he was part of Maintech’s founding technology team and has served as President since 1999. A past Chairman of the Service Industry Association, Frank continues to drive Maintech’s strategic direction and market positioning.

Meet Bill D'Alessio

EVP, Global Operations

Joining Maintech in 1992 after serving in the US Navy’s Avionics Technology division, Bill has been instrumental in Maintech’s global expansion, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Bill oversees all aspects of Maintech’s global service delivery operations and plays a key role in developing the eMaintech platform.

Meet John Esposito

SVP, Sales

Starting as Marketing Administrator in 1993, John has driven Maintech’s growth through various leadership roles. After earning six consecutive Sales Achievement Awards, he expanded Maintech’s portfolio to include Managed Services and NOC Monitoring.

As SVP of Sales, he focuses on expanding Maintech’s international presence while reinforcing its position as a world-class IT Service Organization.

Meet Kirk Panitz

Director, Managed Services

A former US Navy Deep Sea Diver, Kirk joined Maintech in 2007 and has advanced through technical roles in service desk support and server administration.

He now leads Maintech’s Managed Services division, developing modern, cloud-first enterprise solutions for the SMB market while fostering collaboration between Enterprise and Managed Services teams.

Meet Kim Burke

VP, Human Resources

Kim is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development. Previously, she led HR at Unilever Research.

At Maintech, Kim focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering strong employee relationships, and driving positive business outcomes.

Anthony Chirico

VP, Field Operations

Anthony began his career with Maintech in 1987. Over his career at Maintech, Anthony has major client projects and challenges, utilizing his certifications in Engineering Management and Financial Analytics.

Anthony is responsible for all aspects of Field Service delivery including Contract and Budget Governance, Delivery Management and Customer Satisfaction.

Meet Clement Yeo

Regional Director, APAC Operations

With Maintech since 2017, Clement manages IT Service Operations for the Asia-Pacific region. He brings 30 years of IT services management experience, including IT project delivery, systems and infrastructure, and data center launches.

Prior to Maintech, Clement served as Client Service Manager at ATOS Information Technology (Singapore). He is focused on delivering operational excellence and high customer satisfaction, embedding the Maintech ethos across the region.

Meet Craig Longcroft

Regional Director – EMEA Operations

Craig manages Managed Service and Field Operations teams across EMEA, overseeing executive client relationships and service quality. He brings 25 years of IT infrastructure experience, delivering enterprise account and service management for blue-chip global clients across various sectors, specializing in global banking.

Earlier in his career, Craig completed an apprenticeship at British Aerospace Guided Weapons Division and ran his own electronics subcontracting business.

Meet Roberto C. Osma

Director, Global Operations

Roberto has been with Maintech since starting his IT career as a System Administrator for parent company Volt Information Sciences. He transitioned to Maintech as an Enterprise Server Engineer, specializing in the BFSI sector.

Instrumental in launching Maintech’s European and Asian operations, he now leads the Global Projects Team, encompassing End-User, International Field, and Enterprise On-site Services. Roberto also manages Maintech’s largest global BFSI account, driving its commercial success.

Meet Joseph Cammarata

Director, Global Operations

After receiving his Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1994, Joseph began supporting Sun/Oracle equipment for Polaris Service in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) marketplace.

He joined Maintech in 1999 to provide Data Center support to a large Wall Street client supporting Sun/Oracle and IBM RS6000 equipment. His work ethic and strong technical skill set drove his movement up the ladder of Operation management. In 2008, Joseph was promoted to Operations Manager and in 2015 he was promoted to Director, Global Operations.

Meet Rick Andreatta

VP, Hyperscale Services

After four years as a US Navy Aviation Electronics Technician, Rick began his IT career working on Mainframe Systems while attending college. He transitioned to system engineering, specializing in the BFSI sector, eventually becoming a Senior VP overseeing data center operations and planning.

Joining Maintech in 2015, he spearheads the company’s Hyperscale Data Center business, leading its strategic direction and operational management while remaining actively involved in client solutions and ensuring high operational standards.

Meet Dominick Lombardo

Director, Logistics

Dominick joined Maintech in 1995 as a Logistics Warehouse associate, quickly advancing to his current role as Director. He has been instrumental in expanding Maintech’s global reach, developing and maintaining relationships with UPS Supply Chain and logistics partners in over 30 countries.

Dominick oversees Maintech’s global supply chain and logistics operations, including transportation, import/export, and inventory management.

Meet Sonoko Fagans

VP, Sales Support

Sonoko joined Maintech after working in the non-profit and defense contracting sectors, bringing expertise in government contracting, DoD security clearances, FAR requirements, and multimillion-dollar proposal responses.

Holding an ABA-accredited Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communications, she works with Maintech’s General Counsel on contract analysis and negotiation. Sonoko manages Maintech’s Sales Support and Insurance teams, facilitating communication between Account Executives, Management, and Operations to address customer contractual inquiries.
